This hotel is brilliantly situated in the heart of Leicester with convenient free parking. The rooms are spacious and modern, providing a comfortable stay. The service from the enthusiastic receptionist was exceptional. However, the dining options were limited to baked chocolate cakes only. The facilities were basic but sufficient for a pleasant stay. The value for money is decent considering the prime location.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It's perfectly located in the center of Leicester with free parking, very close to the clock tower that chimes every 15 minutes. The rooms were spacious and modern, making for a comfortable stay. The service from the very enthusiastic receptionist was top-notch. However, the dining experience with traditional fish was not as impressive. The facilities were convenient and well-maintained.
